You do not need to know which service you need before reaching out. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
You contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Tell us briefly what you are concerned about. There is no obligation and no commitment at this stage. We are open 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Saturday, by appointment.
We start with a free 15-minute consultation, in person or by phone. If you choose to continue, the full consultation is a 45 to 60 minute conversation where we listen to what you are noticing, ask a few questions to understand the situation better, and tell you honestly what we think would help and why.
A consultation does not commit you to anything. You decide whether to proceed, and at what pace. Nothing is started without your understanding and agreement.
