A written report with specific recommendations is provided. The report covers background history, assessment findings, interpretation, and specific recommendations for home and school.
You do not need to know which service you need before reaching out. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
You contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Tell us briefly what you are concerned about. There is no obligation and no commitment at this stage. We are open 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Saturday, by appointment.
We start with a free 15-minute consultation, in person or by phone. If you choose to continue, the full consultation is a 45 to 60 minute conversation where we listen to what you are noticing, ask a few questions to understand the situation better, and tell you honestly what we think would help and why.
A consultation does not commit you to anything. You decide whether to proceed, and at what pace. Nothing is started without your understanding and agreement.
If a difficulty is ongoing, affecting school performance or daily life, or causing your child distress, an assessment is a good place to start. A free 15-minute consultation can help you decide.
No. The purpose of an assessment is understanding, not labelling. It gives you and your child's school a clear picture of what is happening and what kind of support would help.
Most assessments take one to two sessions. The consultation before and the review after are part of the process.
